Kdenlive is available for download on the following free operating systems:

GNU/Linux distributions.
FreeBSD distributions.
We are not aware of people running Kdenlive under MacOsX, but it should be possible, given the fact that MLT, FFMPEG and KDE could be compiled under MacOSX environment. Some communities may be able to package Kdenlive for MacOsX. Contact Macports and ask them to include Kdenlive into their distribution.
Any developer willing to provide a native MacOsX port is invited to join our team.
