I was cleaning up my "projects" folder and ran across a Kdenlive logo idea I was working on some months ago.
So I polished it up and thought it might be of interest :)

Slush 1000, your logo is really cool! It's professional and so modern; great work! Maybe it will be the future kdenlive's logo.
I agree it's quite nice. Maybe a little too complex, it should be possible to simplify it a bit more. In the picture you posted, in the two smaller sizes you can't distinguish any details.
Maybe removing the large highlight from the wheel and enlarging the "film" (as soon at the logo get's a bit smaller it just looks like dotted lines and when even smaller it isn't distinguishable anymore).
Anyway I don't know if a new logo is really required... Maybe for version 1.0 !
Anyhow better than the current one, which at small size looks more like a satellite with solar panels orbiting.

I think it still has room for improvement and had no intention of replacing the current logo but the SVG is certainly available if it was requested :)
