Summary0001105: multi-clip selection per mouse
DescriptionCurrenty, clicking on a clip selects the clip, clicking anywhere else in the timeline changes the position of the marker within the project. The only way to select multiple clips is Ctrl+Select for all clips.
I would prefer to draw a selection rectangle over the clips and to move the position marker just when clicking anywhere on the time scale.

Shift + mouse click creates a selection rectangle. That should be what you want...

That's exactly what I was looking for. For multi-selection I intuitivly just tried Ctrl+drag and Ctrl+Shift+click whose did not work as I hoped, but I did not think of Shift+drag. Thank you
