|Summary||0002097: speed effect does not work|
When I ask for speed effect (>100% or <100%) on a video clip, its length in the time line changes normally. But when reading it, kdenlive freezes and I have no other option but to close the kdenlive window.
I have the same problem with proxy and non-proxy clips (my proxies are in dv format, while the original files are HD.
|Steps To Reproduce||just apply the speed effect to a clip in the time line.|
|Tags||No tags attached.|
|Build/Install Method||Manual build from SVN|
This issue disappeared with revision 5553.
I think I was using 5545 when I noted the problem, and I think it was not directly a problem with the speed effect, but rather a problem of a memory leak that I noticed afterwards.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
|Broken in SVN 5547 too. I'll give 5553 a try.|
