|Product Version||Recent git|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0002102: No video when using 2-pass H.264 rendering but fine with 1-pass|
|Description||I have a pretty small HD720/25P movie that I intend to render to H.264, 18Mb/s, 2-pass.|
When I use the above settings, rendering goes well during the first pass as I see the temporary file growing. Then when the 2nd pass terminates I end up with a very small file that only contains the soundtrack and no video track at all.
If now I use the exact same project but select 1-pass instead of 2-pass then the output file contains the video track. I use:
- Kdenlive SVN 5547
- mlt-git 20110423
- ffmpeg 20110330
- x264 20110327
For information I get the exact same problem with Kdenlive 0.7.8-3 and mlt 0.7.0-3.
This HD720/25p project is composed by a mix of clips either HD720/50p, HD720/25p or HD1080/25p. Could that be related?
|Steps To Reproduce||render to H.264, 18Mb/s, 2-pass.|
