Summary0003050: Cannot load project, corruped kdenlive file
DescriptionAfter exiting kdenlive, and trying to reload project, I can no longer load my project.

I have been doing the following:

Rendering video in multiple different formats
Adding titles, transitions and saving a lot

I have attached my kdenlive file.

I wonder if maybe it was caused due to me saving / playing the project while it was rendering? Or perhaps I had an invalid character in one of my titles?

Is there any chance someone could save my kdenlive project file for me... if they know what corruption has happened to it? It took me hours of work :-(

If I take the latest version of kdenlive will I be able to load my project?

If anyone knows how to avoid this happening again it would be great.
Steps To ReproduceTry to open the attached kdenlive file in kdenlive 0.7.8.
Additional InformationUbuntu 11.04, 64 bit.

Sorry I have not had time to look at this yet. Yes, your project file should be recoverable. I will look at it next week, will get back to you in 3-4 days.

Hi,

I just attached a project file called "fixed.kdenlive" that is a corrected version of your project file.

However, I strongly encourage you to upgrade to Kdenlive 0.9.6 that came out today, because the corruptions you encountered are caused by bugs in the 0.7.x series.

Kdenlive 0.9.6 correctly opens your project file, official packages should be available in a few days on sunab's PPA:
