Summary0003164: Crash when renaming, moving or deleting file outside of Kdenlive

When suddenly a file that is being used in a project does not exist under the same path any more, Kdenlive crashes.

The expected behavior is that the file is marked as missing but remains in the timeline and project tree.

Likely situations:
1. user dragged .MTS file from camera or sd card and then forgets about it while editing and removes camera or sd card.
2. user decides to 'clean up' the project folder or their desktop while editing.

Neither case is desirable user behavior but a software crash is not an appropriate reaction.
Steps To Reproducenew project
load file
drag file to timeline
rename file in file manager
