|Summary||0000382: manually setting the volume for audio filter - volume|
it could be useful to have the entire volume for the audio filter - Volume be able to raise or lower its volume manually with a slider-box or an input-box as a parameter in the audio filter volume dialog. (now, it is empty)
dragging with the mouse the entire volume "line" up or down could be useful.
the begin/end volume line's "blue drag boxes" are very small and hard to click on when they are under some effect or other filter.

So to sum it up it sounds like basically you'd like to be able to set an effect wide volume adjustment for the Volume audio effect?
Feel free to correct me if I understood incorrectly. Acknowledging as a feature request, although changing area from MLT to User Interface as I suspect the main requirement here is the interface (am I right here Dan?)
This would be doable now using the "gain" effect, which is a non keyframable volume effect.
But I agree it would be useful to maybe press Ctrl and be able to drag the whole volume "line" directly on the clip.
