Full support Seems to work just fine (using USA NTSC model of the camera). Latest Kdenlive/mlt/ffmpeg svn/git versions really speeds up processing a LOT compared to old releases, seeking/thumbnailing especially is infinitely faster than before.
Beware that the video this camera records is actually 1440x1080 not 1920x1080 like Canon claims. It has 1920x1080 sensor but that's meaningless since it doesn't save 1920x1080.
